Aglaonema spp., commonly known as Pink Aglaonema or Chinese Evergreen, is a vibrant tropical plant admired for its colourful foliage and compact, structured form. Native to the tropical forests of South-east Asia, this shade-tolerant species adapts well to indoor environments and is widely used in homes, offices, and interior landscapes. The plant produces broad, oval-shaped leaves with striking patterns of pink, soft red, and green variegation, creating a lively contrast that brightens interior spaces. Its foliage grows in dense clusters from short stems, forming a full, rounded silhouette that adds texture and colour to interior plant arrangements. Indoors, Pink Aglaonema typically grows to around 0.4–0.8 metres in height, making it well suited to desks, shelves, and smaller floor planters.
