Native to Southeast Asia and the Pacific Islands, this cultivated variety thrives in bright indoor environments and is widely used in interior planting for its bold colour and strong visual presence. The plant produces elongated, lance-shaped leaves in a dynamic mix of green, cream, pink, and red tones, creating a lively, multi-coloured display. The foliage emerges from slender, cane-like stems, forming a layered canopy that adds height, contrast, and texture to interior spaces. Indoors, Cordyline ‘Harlequin’ typically grows to around 1–2 metres in height, depending on light conditions and care.
